Terms of Use

Welcome to WowFi, an AI-stacked Info Aggregator designed to deliver cross-validated insights on crypto currencies and projects. By accessing or using app.wowfi.xyz (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding contract between you and WowFi. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

1. Eligibility and Access

You must be at least 18 years old and not barred from using web3 services. Access requires connecting an EVM-compatible wallet for authentication. Free access for all users (except copilot). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, including unauthorized exports.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Use the App only for lawful purposes, such as personal research on crypto trends or projects. Do not: reverse-engineer CVAS processes, scrape outputs without permission, or share access via unapproved wallets. Wallet connections are for auth only; we do not store private keys. Outputs from CVAS (e.g., sentiment rankings, project summaries) are AI-generated "best efforts" and not financial advice; always conduct your own research.

3. Intellectual Property

WowFi owns all rights to the App, CVAS stack, and outputs (e.g., graphs, summaries). You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use; no commercial resale or distribution. User inputs (queries) may inform CVAS improvements anonymously. Respect third-party data (e.g., social feeds); we disclaim liability for sourced content.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

The App provides informational tools, not guarantees or endorsements. CVAS aims for "most truthful" insights but relies on public data; errors, inaccuracies, or omissions can occur (e.g., API downtime, model biases). No liability for losses from trades, investments, or decisions based on outputs. Use at your own risk. Crypto integrations carry inherent web3 risks (hacks, chain forks); secure your wallet accordingly. You agree to indemnify and hold WowFi harmless from claims arising from your misuse.

5. Termination

We can terminate access anytime for breaches. You can stop anytime by disconnecting your wallet. Sections on IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
